(Soz for double post, I replied to the cut of RE: to this topic because of the quoted post below. Now since this is the active meet and greet thread I post it here as well to really meet the new guys :P )

Most of the PCs are working...I salvage most of the parts and build little ones...P1's, P2's and the like..-
-..Basically, I like to fiddle.

Seems just like me, though I don't have many computers. I allways love to build ones from scrap parts. ATM I don't have much but besides my main desktop I have a working P3 screwed into an Amstel beercrate. Complete with cut out slots for - and with installed - a CD and floppy drive.
Nice to meet you Igor Munster Tongue

Oh, and I won't forget to introduce myself a bit:
First Name?
Peter
Do you have pets?
An albino rabbit... Until recently Sad
How many hours a day do you spend in the computer?
It's my personal time waster, I spend most of my free hours on it so that ranges from up to ten hours on a boring sunday to less than one if I stick with friends after school and go out afterwards. On average I'd say four-five hours a day
How many computers do you own?
Two, (see above) though we have a crappy old laptop and two more desktops of which I practically own one.
What is your favorite color?
Black. Deep, dark, perfect black. Not to shiny like metallic black, more like chalkboard black. But then without the chalk of course
What kind of music do you like?
Power metal (Sonata Arctica/Nightwish FYI)
What are your goals?
Uuhm.. goals?
OK, OK. I'd love to someday have my beercrate-PC working the way I want it: at the moment it's hardware is old crappy, not fully compatible with everything etc. It misses a working boot sector (read: the harddisks I have for it are broken) and because the hardware sucks I didn't yet screw it all into place. The *censored* thing falls apart if you hold it upside down but anyway. An Ubuntu boot CD does the job for now.
Who are your heroes?
Dude, myself! DOH!
What kind of sports are you into?
None, really. But I am force to bike to school everyday, half an hour full speed. TWICE Sad
Do you have any piercings?
No.
Left hand or right handed?
Right.
Any tattoo's?
No.
What is your favorite website?
http://by126w.bay126.mail.live.com/mail/mail.aspx?&ip=10.1.106.8&d=d125&mf=0&rru=inbox
Playing any computer or console games if so which ones?
I have no console, but my PC games ranklist is about this:
- Crysis
- Command & Conquer 3
- Unreal Tournament 3
- Assassin's Creed
- (played last year but got bored an quit) World of Warcraft
- The RTS games of Warcraft, played through them all from Orcs and Humans on. Just to get to know the (awesome) story.
Married?
Heck no, I'm 16!
Have kids?
[same as above]
What languages do you speak?
Dutch (primary)
English
I am supposed to know basic french and German but really.. I don't
How many keys are on your keyring?
Three, allthough the one that opens my case of Poker chips that I never use can't really be counted.
The other ones are for my bike and the back door of course
What is your favorite beverage?
Water, really. That covers about anything with less than 50% alcohol or sugar.
OK seriously: it's just ordinary Coca cola.
What is your hair color?
Blonde

At the moment I'm most active on the MS DOS forum 'cuz I like to fiddle with old software as much as with hardware. And for the same reason I have two routers between our LAN and WAN Tongue that issue is on the networking board.
