It's because I have a laptop, it gets hot enough as it is and I don't want to strain it.If the heat wasn't a problem, it'd be pretty good, it's powerful.Guess I'll head off downstairs and set the desktop back onto it.

I am running it on my laptop, and have no problem. Folding@home disables itself when you run on battery.
