I heard a rumor on the "talk radio" about doing a google search on your own or parents / family phone numbers on google.

type in your phone number> hit search ... and the "home address will automatically be shown.....  if you click on the link to your address it can
be  "deleted"  if you wish from being shown on  (GOOGLE)

f..y...i....   ;)

Holy s**t! (excuse the language, but...)

It actually works! Well, I don't think I can delete it from Google, and the only reason it's there is because my dad wrote to some Solar Panel company, but IT STILL SHOWS HIS NAME AND ADDRESS (and he wrote the letter 7 years ago!)!

All in all, though, I don't think people's address will be posted on the internet without consent, so this won't work for most people.

And I don't think that even if it was shown, it would let you delete it.

Unless your mobile number is posted on a web page it should pretty much be anonymous.

It probably works better in USA, which is why I don't find much for numbers in Australia.

Probably because you're in Hong Kong. It doesn't work in Australia either.

I found mine on a website, but requested for it to be removed. It's probably an American service if Google shows it.. Thankfully.

If you're listed in the phonebook, expect to be on the internet.
