It might help to provide some information...

What OS do you have?
When did this start?
Have you made any changes?
What protection do you have?  What even makes you think this is a virus?
Have you tried restarting?

And more importantly...
Are these USB or PS/2?  Wireless?
Have you tried another mouse and keyboard?

Please answer every question.

I don't understand how this is an indication of a virus.  The same problem happened when your HDD was in another computer?  Is this what you mean?

And again...
What protection do you have?

Another question...do these problems persist in Safe Mode?

If not, then download AVG Free with another computer.  Also download the latest definitions.  Then use a flashdrive or CD or anything to put them onto your computer.  When installing it, disable the boot-up scan (so it won't conflict with your other programs).  If you have trouble getting the software to work, then scan with Kaspersky.

When you're done with that, see if you can post a HijackThis log.

However, if your mouse and keyboard won't work in Safe Mode, we may need to try a different approach...

Ctrl+Alt+Delete is supposed to open Task Manager....have you been fooling around in msconfig or dis-abling services by any chance ? ?

Have you tried a brand new PS2 keyboard ? ?

It doesnt work on safe mode either.
The Welcome screen apears to me, and there mouse and keyboard work, but when i select a user(any of them) Input doesnt work.

I've tried with other keyboards and mouses too but it doesn't work again.

You seem to enjoy using CMD.  I suspect that patio's question may have some basis here.

Well, there isn't really a whole lot I can do for you until you can get a keyboard and mouse working.  And I'm not really sure how to go about solving that problem, short of a repair install (if that would even work).  When you put your HDD in another computer, was it set as master or slave?

Try setting up the HDD as a slave.  If you have it set up as simply a data drive, you should be able to scan the drive for viruses.

And also consider giving patio's suggestion a shot.
