Access to CD Drive

When I try to save something on a CD, I get an error message that says that I don't have access to drive F and to see the administrator.  The only way I have been able to save, is to right click and hit send to drive F, but, all documents save as read only and won't let me change it.

If its CD-R or +R you can't change it.

It's on blank CD-RW and CD-R. If it has data on it already I can add to it.
