I own this comp, and NO one else uses it!
You still may not be Admin, of course it could be Spybot retaliating against your computer for the colour scheme.

Have you tried doing what the program is suggesting? I.e. Run it as administrator. Right click Spybot's shortcut and select Run as Administrator.
In Vista, programs by default aren't executed with admin privileges even if your account have admin privileges.

Thanks Deerpark, it worked. I didn't know that programs with the little sheild icon on them could run in two different modes, even though when I first start it in normal mode, it come up with the "admin privilages of annoyance screen".... lol (if you didn't understand what I said let me know and I will clarify it.)

Yep I understand what you mean.  I'm not entirely clear on why either, just know that even though you're asked at startup if you want to escalate the privileges of the program it still doesn't run with admin rights.
