There are various programs that can do this, but I can't really name any right now.
I know that the new Real Player 11 beta has an optional button that can appear to download music or videos. But I've never really used it, so I don't know how well it works.

Ok Thank you.
downloaded FLV player, and watch the video but the screen is very small.
Can I enlarge the screen, or can i change it (the .flv format) to mpg or wmv format so that I can watch it through windows media player?

If you must watch it in WMP, you could try getting the right codecs to run it K-Lite Codecs pack will allow your computer to play most movie and audio without having to get a special player (for example, DivX movies will be able to play in WMP or Quicktime without the DivX movie player) http://www.free-codecs.com/K_Lite_Codec_Pack_download.htmGo ahead and get the full version

Even better: www.media-convert.com No software required, converts online for you on their own server, not your computer
