I'm still convinced the easiest way to get memtest up & running is to Download - Pre-Compiled Memtest86 v3.3 installable from Windows and DOS , double click the file and follow your nose... you will need to have a formatted floppy handy.
Set A drive (floppy) as the first boot in bios and boot it up with the floppy in the drive.

Nope. Still can't get Memtest to work...
I did the thing with ISO about 3 times and still no luck.
I changed both RAM sticks and it keeps on locking up.

I changed the mouse, keyboard, and monitor just in case it was
one of those (out of desperation).

Still locking up.

Did you ever check this link out?
Read the directions under Not setup properly in CMOS.

I think I messed with the Nvidia options somehow...
I also thing that's what making my comp lock up.

Problem is,
I haven't got a clue how to access this "BIOS settings"

You may need to plug a PS/2 keyboard in.
