help me please

hi! pls help me i m in real trouble my computer get infected by a very dengerous virus.... (hope so). all the folder of my computer becomes 180KB in size & its not working... whenever i tried to open any folder it fails. a lot of antiruses i tried but all fails to prove. please help me i really need

Let's start with this...Can you access Internet, or you're posting from another machine? What Windows version?
