I have windows 98.  Degragment and scandisk restart at 1%.  I have run in safe mode w/just explorer running and it doesnt help.  Virus scan comes clean also.  I have also noticed that netscape prompts me to sign on automatically and I get a work offline prompt often also, it might be related.  Any suggestions will help...thank you.
