There shouldn't be a download icon on your desktop, what exactly have you downloaded? The file for installing the Full Tilt poker client is called FullTiltSetup.exe. You can download that file here: http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/download.php

It looks like you have exe association messed up. Disregard the above. I didn't see, it was .php file. windows cannot find program.exe this program is needed for opening type php file This is exactly what your problem is. Windows needs some program to open .php file. .php file may come from different sources, so we need to know where did you get this file from, and what that file is suppose to be. It's possible, that your .php file is Micro$oft PictureIt! file. Try to open it with free Irfanview: http://www.irfanview.com/

What browser are you using? When you go to http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/download.php how are you saving the file? Are you by any chance right clicking the "Download now" button and selecting "save link as"?

.php is the extension for a PHP-enabled web page. You're downloading the web page not the program. Just go to that page and follow the instructions without right-clicking or anything like that.
