:)  Hello there.   Can anyone help please. I have just bought a computer system and installed WIN 2003 on it. For some reason there is no net work device recognised in the device list. Am I right in thinking I need to download the mother board drivers to get this to show up? If so I downloaded from here http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/BIOS/Gigabyte/Gigabyte-GA-K8NS.shtml and I must be installing them incorrectly as I still cant get them to work....Am I doing the right thing please?

cheers for your help

The file you downloaded from Softpedia appears to be a BIOS firmware upgrade. This is not something you should install without great care, because flashing the BIOS with incorrect firmware could render your computer unbootable. (In essence creating a very large paper weight.)
In general I don't recommend downloading drivers from some random place. You should if at all possible download them directly from the motherboard manufacturer, in this case Gigabyte.
I suggest you go to their driver download page and get the correct network device drivers.

What happened to the MBoard driver disc that shipped with the machine ? ?
The network driver should be included...
