yeah i did and it still does it
i think it may be that  its overheating
i just put a new 5.1 sound card in it and i only got 1 fan in the middle and i also have a amd
so i think i might try to move the sound card down to the last pci spot.
and maybe get another fan
should i do this?

grantw123....If you suspect its overheating........go into your bios ( dont know which one your using) but if you find the part that refers to pc health you should be able to see what the temp. is in there and adding another fan and moving your card should improve things. I would monitor the temp. Then relocate the card and monitor the temp..........and then try the second fan.
I am assuming that you have checked to see if you have any bugs or viruses present. I also have assumed that your system was ok when you played the games you mentioned .......before you installed the new sound card.

If you don't know the answer, it isn't a dumb question.
