According to wired the "Fresh Start" option will still be offered free of charge but only for people who opt for the 100$ upgrade to Vista Business. http://blog.wired.com/gadgets/2008/03/sony-pay-an-ext.htmlBut it should also be noted that "Fresh Start" is only available from Sony Japan and only on select models.  How can such a huge company be so out of touch with the real world? ... On second thought I think I just answered my own question.
