hello

i made a very foolish mistake & held down the shift key for longer than eight seconds and activated a very useless function (to me) called *censored* keys whereby it seems that the shift key is permanently enabled thus causing me untold problems>

(> is my fullstop for example)

!"£$%^&*() is my one to ten!

please help< i tried a restart but windows seems to want to keep this insane setting!

thank you
