WHAT WOULD BE THE MOST FOR THE MONEY WHEN WANTING TO SPEND AROUND $500 to $700.

do you want to play video games on your computer? Do you want to watch videos on your computer? Do you want to do video editing on your computerR? Or do you want to just surf the web, do some word processing and that would be merry for you?
