I Was Helping A Freind With His Computer.
And What Happen Was His Hardrive Was Not Booting To Windows Xp It Will Try To Boot But Will Restart, It Also Restarts When You Try To Go Into Safe Mode Ans Last Known Configurtion. What Can I Do For Him.

It Is A 160 GIG HARDDRIVE AND 512 MB DDR RAM
1800 AMD
