USB Extension cables and Hubs by themselves usually aren't 'recognized' by your computer, as your computer is not even supposed to 'know' that they are there.

Do devices that you plug into your USB extension cable function properly? Also, do devices that you plug into your four port hub function properly? If they do not, the problem is that either your computer does not have a proper driver for the device, or your USB cable, hub, or device are damaged.
I have been assured by a very knowing American of my acquaintance in London, that a young healthy child well nursed, is, at a year old, a most delicious nourishing and wholesome food, whether stewed, roasted, baked, or boiled; and I make no doubt that it will equally serve in a fricasie, or a ragoust.

      1.  Do your USB devices work properly without the extension cable plugged in?  If not, which one would you like to get working?  Pick one and only one for now.

      2.  Is this a laptop or desktop computer?  What is its make and model number if "brand name"; otherwise make and model number of motherboard?

      3.  Please clarify:
When I Connect A four Port hub
I Can use only 1 Hub at a time and the other 3 Hub are Not Recognized.
Did you mean "I can use only one port at a time and the other three ports are not recognized"?

it seems asthough either the extension cable is damaged or your computer needs a driver to use it

A driver for a USB cable is highly unlikely...
