i want to recover my laptop as it has gone *censored* up!! i have the recovery disk but it will not load as i believe it should just comes up i the E drive showing was progrmas the disk contains. i have tried restoreing trhe computer to an earlier time but problems still accur i cannot get rid of please help thanks
