Heya, I just stumbled upon your thread and it caught my attention.
Is it going to be a playable game of some size or more of an experimental thing with a few interactivities?
This kind of homebrew text games allways are funny to try out, especially with a bit of humor and semi-eastereggs.
Please, keep me (us?) updated! Looking good so far!

I know this is off topic, but why are so many young guys into all that killing stuff?

In fact, I didn't even pay much attention tot the aim of the game itself. What interests me is the project, not the subject.. if you get what I mean :P

I have added alot more features since this topic began.
And as for the subject of killing, this is rather a game base that can be really changed to anything.
I used the army as a game idea because it's the thing i know the most about.
Thanks For Your Comments.

As for your question, you can judge by:
- Up to level 50.
- 30+ missions
- Everything in the images works
- Everything saves loads
- Training either by missions (or you can choose to train by waiting (wait say 5000 seconds for a level)
Your game screen will change dependant on missions or time training.

Look forward to this release.

I've done something like that before. I used the call command for that. The whole game I made was 23 Batch files :P

Sounds quite simple, make a main menu like Jacob's first post and call a random mission batch on selecting "mission" :P
Though including those external batches in labels might be handier. Even then you could add labels with call commands later after the labels with batches... if you get what I mean.

Kinda modular system..

It's a bit more complex than that....well what I did anyways....
