  :)   :)   :)  Hi can anyone tell me the easiest way to back up the hard drive,I have nero 7 know how to do pretty much everything else,but I all ways over look the most important thing backing up the hard drive,and a recovery disc   ??? as I allways get involved in other good stuff like music , movies  etc  etc, so please what is the best way to back up my system, cheers wayne.

Your best bet is to create HD image...
DriveImage XML (free): http://www.runtime.org/driveimage-xml.htm
Acronis (not free): http://www.acronis.com/
