I want to Video chat with a friend who has Ichat and a Mac book pro compared to my Windows vista, Hp computer with AIM.  I keep getting a black scree when I try to video chat with them and then soon after the whole connection is working the connection fails.  What can I do to fix this and is it true that you cannot video chat with someone who has Ichat instead of AIM?
