Multiple video conferencing

Is there anyone out there who can recommend an instant messenger program or software-based PC application that can handle multiple video conferencing?

Say I'm chatting with 3 or more friends and we want to start a video conversation...I'd like to be able to add someone to the video chat showing their video as well..and so on and so on...having the ability to show 3 or more video chat windows at a time.

Any recommendations?

Software-based...so I can install it on my PC...along with my friend's PCs...

I'm really not looking for chat room type software...more on the business side.
