I am having problems with my sound. I cannot turn the volumn up. It was working fine until I moved it to another location.

have you tried turning the volume up on the Volume controls on your computer and on the Speaker it-self?

If you dont know DOS, you dont know Windows...

Thats why Bill Gates created the Windows NT Family.

I have turned up the volumn on both  the computer and the speakers and yet the sound is very low.  I also have the same problem on another computer that I have.

Is it possible you can try another pair of speakers and/or earphones to make sure it isn't the speakers that are broken.

Two possibilities:
1. They don't like loud music in Dallas  :P
2. You need to reinstall sound driver.

If you don't know what sound card/sound chip you have:
Download, and install Everest: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4181.html
Open it, click Computer, then Summary.
In upper menu, go Report>Quick Report-Summary
Save it in text file, and paste it in your next post.
Don't include anything under line Debug - PCI
