as of now,,., we have a thesis writing., as part of it., i chose this site ( the computer hope) as a related study of our online proposal.,., and i have some question to the developers,, can you help me.,.,.

1. What is this site(computer hope)? Huh?
2. main purpose of this site? Huh?
3. Who develop this site? Huh?
4. When was this site implemented,? Huh?
