Addicted to online games

My friend comes from china i am in the USA..he is NOT a gold farmer nor is he a botter...he wants to play perfect world international with me. He had a proxy that was working for about 2 weeks then all of a sudden 1 nite he tried to log in and got instantly booted..the account was temp banned. It was explained to me by the admin that they detected a china ip on my account and temp locked my account. China is not allowed to play in this game. How can i bypass whatever perfect world international game has so that my friend can play?  I think its his ip but not sure as i dont no anything about this stuff.

I'm guessing the only option is to use a proxy.

But, Computer Hope cannot help you bypass any kind of ban, or similar.

Why can't China play this game?

What is the game, maybe I can confirm this.

China can't play many online games for several reasons:

1. China's government doesn't allow it.
2. A good portion of cheaters come from China.
3. China also has a nice population of underground gold farmers and botters for profit.

There really is no way to hide your IP in a game aside from using a proxy. You/your friend probably made the mistake of using a insecure proxy that allowed your IP to be visible to the game admins, or used a proxy with an IP address from china. The only soultion I can think of is, use a proxy which is hosted outside of china. Another option is to move out of China, haha.

Yes, but even with proxies, you're still not "not-online", and can be traced.
