Helppp' I have a problem with my (W' XP)

Hi' guys,

Could you help me with my computer (windows xp) problem?? I recently bought my computer last month and incidentally a virus has entered ( trojan). I brought it to a computer technician and he said the OS was corrupted by the virus. He fixed the problem and he said that it's already okay. after a week a new problem occur, when I turn on my computer the computer turns on but no graphics to the monitor. And when I tried to restart it, it won't respond as well as when I tried to turn it off it won't respond either instead the light keeps blinking. Help me with this problem guys, please......
