    PvP - Player Versus Player [Source Engine Released]

    PvP - Player Versus Player Combat Originally produced by Jacob.

    System Requirements: Windows OS, DOS Version 5.1.2600+

    Information:

    - Uses ACE combat engine, for fast, stylish, combat management.
    - Full hosting and joining process via localhost only, not via ftp yet, this means it could be used between multiple users on a network or on the
      same computer.
    - Easy to use layout of directories makes editing a lot easier.
    - Fully open source.

    The .zip archive is attached to this post.
    The password for the zip file is 'pvp' without the quotation marks and all lowercase.
    You need to be a registered member of the computerhope forums to download post attachments.

    06/12/08    1.0.5      Full parameters in ACE.bat e.g. special attack ratio.

    ACE Engine Source Code
    The ACE Engine source code is located in the download, simply go into data\engine\ and you will see ACE.bat, right click and click edit.

      the ace combat engine is very nice , at first it couldnt find a few files.. thats the only bug i came across so far nice job jacob

        Okay, thank you, are you sure you had created the accounts, because thats the only files it would not be able to find.  :) I've added an update where if the account is not there then you cannot continue in the hosting or joining process, which was silly of me to not have added it in the first place.

            I'll look into it, download the video for what it is meant to look like.
            Did you create the accounts seth and red and do they have character files located in data\accounts ?
            And what version of DOS are you using?
            Must be 5.1.2600 or above.  ;)
            I tested it on my laptop obviously, in a different directory and it worked fine.

            saw what its supposed to be like... both accounts exist. i dont know which version I have lol. Im not going to test anything else for a while. this computer is BAD.
