Can I combine in CMD for Windows 2003:

Dir /b /q commands? From existing folder my script create new text file with file name and owner for each file.

I cannot find that /b and /q can be combined, it seems that /b suppresses /q.  Filename and owner could be extracted from a directory listing using a script.
