uneven colour dots in my monitor

Hello,
When I start my computer I could see lots of uneven colour dots in my screen.
I have LG monitor.
I someone have solution for this please repond.

type dxdiag in the run box and what info it comes up with...it maybe thta you need the boot floppy driver for your monitor the res maybe out the graphics card may need an update driver the refresh rate maybe out etc...the monitor may be faulty...more info on what system you are using....
