Using AVG with Win XP Pro SP3, the primary email machine. I have no anti-virus program installed on my Vista notebook PC.

Iam using virgin pc guard total antivirus,spyware,firewall. bungled with 10meg broadband for Ł25 a month.. pc tools antispy,then all the recomended antimalware progs by you guys.
