I want to make a amazing build that wont have any issues running whatever game i throw at it on ultra settings.

The CPU is the bottleneck.

It is slightly better than an Athlon II X4 555, and you can get an Athlon II X4 631 for $80.
Its single-threaded performance isn't that good either-the Intel Core i3-2100 shows some big gains in gaming:
