My PC Build- Will it work?

I want to make a amazing build that wont have any issues running whatever game i throw at it on ultra settings.

It is slightly better than an Athlon II X4 555, and you can get an Athlon II X4 631 for $80.
Its single-threaded performance isn't that good either-the Intel Core i3-2100 shows some big gains in gaming:

I imagine that you would also want a chassis to protect all your expensive parts, no?
