Have you put a boot disk in drive A: like it's asking?  What were you doing when this happened?  Any smoke or burning smell?  Did you recently add new hardware?  What Operating System is it and can you give some system specifications?

If there is already a disk in the A: drive, take it out. THe computer will think you want to boot off of that disk, and when it discovers that there is not a system disk in the A: drive, it pops up that error message. ;)
