governement looking to hire hackers

I heard that the US governement is looking to hire hackers for vulnerability testing.
I'm curious and cannot find any info. on this.  Does anyone know what their minimum requirement is, with respect to experience?

oh ya, I'm sure the FBI would love to pay someone with hacking experience, a visit.
Honestly I have no experience vulnerability testing systems, I actually heard that the US gov. would train.....don't know if it is true, just thought someone else might know something about it.
