I have miscrosoft xp.... its a toshiba satellite computer...  umm.... the only reason I didn't think it was a virus was that I just renewed my Norton Anti-Virus, so I thought it would definitely pick up a trojan or something.  I have had the trojan virus before.... and usually Norton would pick it up and get rid of it before anything would happen.. Ugh... I am so frustrated.  I do appreciate any help you have to offer.

sasser  worm try a removal tool....and are there any stop/error messages...and have you  winupdating it? pity..
