I went to get the update defs and found that it no longers gives them.  But i found this sitting on the page.  Antivirus09 (or Antivirus’09) is a new rogue that follows the normal rogue procedure. It is distributed through a web page that presents the user with a fake online scanner.

If I fall who is there to pick me up now.  I stand alone but I stand as the gaurdian for whom I wish to protect.  The sound of my blade utters my name as you fall.  For I shall not move.  For those that forsake the very people are wosres

What? I mean the program itself is old. Nothing to do with updating.....  ::)

I agree, compruler.  Super tends to miss a lot.  I have never understood why it is on the malware removal guide.  An extra precaution?  I mean everything super does, mbam does better.

Ask evilfantasy why he has it on his list of good antimalware programs. He recommended me it but I haven't tried it out yet.

It seems that this is just another cheap spyware scanner then.  Cause one can get stuff others cant but in sense yeah there will always that one that does preform better.

nothing is 100%, but of course it's always gonna get better .... one developer can "take" what other developer already found out and make something better out of it.... right?
