Although these rules are mentioned on the Computer Hope chat page I felt it would be also helpful if they also be mentioned here to make sure they're not missed. Repeat offenders will be banned, regardless of your status on Computer Hope.

  • No profanity
  • No discrimination.
  • No spam or flooding of the channel or server.
  • No advertising other websites, services, or companies unless that advertisement answers someone's question.
  • No links, advertisements, or comments about any adult or illegal material.
  • Any chat and/or link should be suitable for *all* users of *all* ages.
  • English only please.

If you have any other rules you feel that need to be added let me know.

Nathan , would it be possible to add that 'the chat should be user friendly for all ages' to the welcome message in the chat room, that way people who are not the part of the forum would know too.
