hey guys.. ;D ;D

help me.. :-[ :-[

every time i open the command prompt..their is always an error that the my computer is shut downing automatically..i don't know what to do.. :'( :'( :'( :'(

hope you guys could help me in my problem.. :'( :'(

1) Shut down completely, unplug from the wall, wait 30 seconds and reboot.

or

2) sfc /scannow  System File Checker ( will scan and repair system files ) . Insert the OS installation disk when asked for.

or

3) The OS installation disk has a repair option
