Hi .....Go to http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/tools.list.html      this tool will get rid of the Sasser........you may have to use another computer to get this tool as yours will keep shutting down......Download it to a disk and the install it in your computer.....It works ....I had to do that for a friend yesterday ..
