Looks like i'll be searching for an Information Technology employment opportunity sooner than expected. My employer has informed me that everyone with my job classification will be out of a job before the end of July (there are more than 100 of us).

Working in IT will be a career change for me, however, i have a B.A. degree in communications and have been taking IT classes nights and weekends and online for about five years.  I'm A+ and Network+ certified and am working toward my first MCP.

Question: Does anyone who is working in IT have any advice on how to make myself more marketable?  I'm not considering relocating from Indiana and already have some leads, but any opinions will be appreciated.

Regards,
Doc
