my pc is having a system.bat error, what should i do to fix this error and what is the function of system.bat and its effect to the entire operating system?

scan for bugs ? >http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/bat.wimpey.dr.html  and what operating system have you got?and what is the problem you are having.
