Joanylis.....
I'm having a little chuckle .........I would use the clone stamp ..........it does a great job ,but set the size fairly small .
I've been using that program for about 4 years and I find out about a another one of its many features almost every time I use it .
Play around with the clone stamp a bit before you start on your pic .......so you can get used to it......and again be sure to use the save as command .

hope this helps ,

If you don't know the answer, it isn't a dumb question.
