cmyk color speration, saving seperation?

i am attempting to save cmyk color seperations.  i scaned an image seperated to color using color channel.

i'm saving each seperatly.  however when i open the files  from my desk to expection that documents to be as i saved them (4, one with c only, one with m, only ect..)  they all open with all cmky colors in tact.  

please tell me how to same each with color sperations in tact.
