Does IE 6 come with a pop up blocker>  I recently installed it and now have all pop ups blocked.
Never had it with IE5.0
Not a bad thing except I need to disable it for a few sites??
Have W98 2nd edition.
Have not insalled any other blocker,

ie 6 does not have a built in popup stopper as yet M$oft are working on this..to obtain websites  tools/internet/options restore defaults if not while you are there check the security settings enable cookies?

Maybe you've installed the norton 2004?  It has a poppup blocker.  The google toolbar has one as well.

lemsyd...Have you recently installed any utility programs,some of them have popup blockers in them .
