My computer closes games while I'm playing them

My computer closes games while I'm playing them and sometimes takes me to the Blue Screen of Death. On the blue screen it says at the top Driver_IRQL_Not_Less_or_Equal and on the bottom it says Stop: 0x000000D1 (0x2EA9EE3D, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x2ea9ee3d) also last night it the blue screen said ctaud2k.sys and portcls.sys. Someone please help me resolve this issue, thank you.
