XFX MB750I72P9 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 750i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard
6 gigs of ram ddr2
Intel core i7-950 3.06 duo core
500gigs of storage
CD and DVD drive (nothing special)
lots of fans to keep it cool, liquid cooling is to expensive :(

I'm afraid i might need a new graphics card, current one is acting up

Looks good. If your graphics card is acting up may want to make sure you got the latest drivers, it's amazing how many things can be resolved with updated drivers. Added the SBCC icon to your profile.
