It's just different search results. I'd highly doubt they'd be filtering out searches, it'd really not be worth the time and effort. How about

Why is Microsoft Office expensive?

Windows sucks

Internet Explorer sucks

... list could go on forever ..

This may be a shocker but Bing is not Google it's going to have different methods of sorting and handling searches.  ;D
