 >:(
when i open IE everything goes smoothly but once i change the browsing window to another like IE or windows explorer or just word, and go back to the first IE it just shows the color of the background of the page i try going to another IE window and it does the same.  My word window and explorer window are all perfectly normal.
I tried waiting to see if it would go back to normal but nothing happens. So i have to "end task" with the windows task manager cause it won't close otherwise.

I don't know if these  helps but when browsing through the windows task manager i saw a "iexplorer" and "IEXPLORER" one i capitals and one in lowercase. I ended task for the lower case and the other was still running and i didn't have anymore IEwindows open.

Why is there lower and upper case? ???

Any advice is helpful, and srry for the long essay.

THX

 :o
Wow i was looking at the "WinTasks Process Library" and i saw several risks that i saw in my pc.  Man no wonder i always get popups even after using Adaware and Spybot S&D.  And my CPU usage was always at 100% even if i didn't have nothing running.  But why can't sypbot S&D and ad-aware and other programs find the root of the problem?  Cause i know there is still a virus or trojan on my pc but spybot doesn't seem to recognize it cause it doesn't show in the results.  ???  I really dislike searchpage.cc/1525/ as my homepage.

THNX for the help. ;D

Well i running Win XP HE and i just checked for updates two days ago from now.  I also did the same for Spybot S&D but i uninstalled adware cause i thaught it was useless for me but i was probably wrong.  Ohh i'm using zonealarm 4.5 free edition.  SO i don't know if because it's a free edition it doesn't protect as good.

SO yeah. I hope this provides more info.

THNX for support.

 :)
I also wanted to add that i have a small network of two computers connected to one router which connects to the modem provided by the cable company. And i was wondering if i could of got the infection from the other computer or if i could get infected again since no changes are made to the other computer to disinfect. Or the other way around.  In case it was infected.

So yeah srry but i'm kind of  >:( cause i'm tired of the dumb homepage that keeps coming back and i'm sure that is the reason why i get some many popups even with the google toolbar and other popup blockers. ???
