This is Bug in .bat file?

Thanks, My computer have wscript.exe and cscript.exe. I used file Bat with

cscript //nologo scriptname.vbs > file.txt
exit /b wscript.exe
scriptname.vbs

and it worked, thanks again

You ran the script twice.
