The first thing that went through my mind was 'The Red Green Show'.

I'd not have thought of Red Green until you mentioned him, but having seen a few episodes of that fine production, I must agree!

lol - I like the "Unplug in the event of a fire"

Actually (Nobody Laugh) I have almost enough spare parts to build a full PC except for a case so I am planning on building a case out of lego. Glued together obviously. I could use these bits with holes in them to create spaces for fans.

Toys 'R*' Us - Here I come.  ;D

* Imagine the R backwards - Why don't they put a button like shift to turn the letters backwards  :P

We can always change Toys "R" Us back to its original name: Bargain Town USA!   ;D

or the pirate toy shop. toys Arrrgh us.

heh, I love the way they taped the fan right to the side, so that practically no air flows through, making the fan kind of moot.

It is really a laugh. I saw one built out of a plastic milk create once. I also saw one built into a wall near a TV as a Media Center.

Well, if you become a hobo, cover it with a clear plastic bag and you got a working computer that won't clash with the style.

I saw this and had to reply. As this is my first post I hope I am not overstepping any bounds. I understand I am resurrecting this one, but omg. Actually, the posts and comments that followed were almost as good. I especially liked the one about a friend that just kept the computer parts (mobo and all) on the windowsill and was quick to close the window when it rained.

I will say that in this day and age (Free RAM this time last year: 2x512 Crucial ddr2 6400 at Tiger) this soul could spend a day raking leaves and afford a nice case. Case in point, I bought my Cooler Master 690 for twenty dollars on sale at MicroCenter.

But hey, maybe dollars were not the issue here,
To them it made sense.
